Guest guest
Actually, dirt isn't needed for growing things. As long as water, the right fertilizer, the right amount or lack of sun and a place to support the roots are in place. That's all that is needed. I've seen seeds germinate and do well, when nothing was there, but plastic underneath the rocks. So sand is very easy to grow things in. Just have to do it right. Course, this whole conversation is off the group topic, unless it has something to do with health. Now, to get it back to the group topic. Don't most plants, have medicinal qualities, that are now mostly being overlooked, in our present day world? The other things that can survive are weeds.*
