Guest guest
That is what I have been doing. I cannot believe how fast they are right back - overnight. I have been pulling them everyday since spring. I have allot of very mature Hosta planted in this bed which are now dying. These things are making me crazy! I will win! More on the weed This I got on getting rid of the butter/sun cups you have, : this from the "experts" More on the buttercup. I went to a nursery to ask how to kill it without killing everything else. The only remedy they could give me was to pull it out by hand. You can put Roundup on it if there isn't anything you want around it. I pulled mine out by hand and then kept a lookout for babies coming up from the runners. I'm still finding them a year later. ~Katy Sheep to the right; His Lamb “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength" Isa 30:15 http://orchardhouseheirlooms.com/product_info.php/cPath/157_163/products_id/199 survival seeds Christian-homesteaders/?yguid=227010598 biblical survival
Guest guest
I had a neighbor (nasty neighbor) who tried to get this wild vine to take over my yard. I fooled him, a couple days later the entire vine on my side of the lilacs and his were all dead. Had I tried to chop it up, each piece would have been it's own plant. There is a trick to kill a single plant without messing with everything. I pealed back part of the vine and placed it in a bowl of weed killer. The vine drank it and *poof* it was dead. This method only effects the one plant. You might use it on the one you want to eliminate.
