I would gargle with warm salt water,

probably quite often. Making sure to swish it around that area. The other

suggestions are good also.

Cell power is available at health food stores, it is well it is a lot of things. Antibacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal, it boosts immune system, adds oxygen to the body at the cellular level. I brush my teeth with it, Three drops on my toothbrush.

Oil pulling I use coconut oil swish it forcefully thru' the teeth. SPIT IT OUT! It'll be full of germs.

Colloidal silver can be swished, or taken internally [it's an antibiotic] but not both. That is if you swish, spit it out, if you swallow it will work thru' the blood stream, cleaning out the germies.

Activated charcoal in capsule form does not promote constipation in me and I'm the poster girl for constipation.

But you have to choose the best method for you. I had antibiotics for an abcess, but it made me so sick I threw away the balance of the horribly expensive stuff, I bled internally after that for close to a year. From now on I'll use those first three methods.

It's a concentrated liquid in a smallish plastic dropper bottle, you can buy it online but it's more expensive than it is in health food stores, they might even have it and not realize it.

Hello,

I put in practice most of your suggestions. I don't have any pain now and the inflammation was reduced, but the abscess persists. The dentist said that I needed a root canal. I would like to avoid this.

I read that it's possible to cut the infection using Oil of Oregano. Does anyone have any experience in using this oil? I know it's too strong so I should dilute it, but I don't know what amount to use, etc.

Hi Rena,

Looked through my notes regarding tooth care. Hope you don't have to have a root canal! There are many great posts in the archives about dental care and I highly recommend going to Timpone's site (google) One Radio Network for several great interviews in his archives about dental care (alternative). It is free to access his archives but a donation is always appreciated.

Cleaning - Do Not use commercial toothpaste! It contains many chemicals bad for you. Ever wonder why it says not to swallow? It also coats the teeth with - I think - glycerin that prevents your saliva from rebalancing tooth/gum health. Anyway, make your own powder with baking soda, himalayan salt and a few drops of an essential oil such as clove or peppermint.

Rub neem oil into gums and on teeth. let sit for half hour or so. You can actually leave on teeth and gums but, Mother of God, that stuff is foul!

Clean am and pm and rest of the day, rinse with salt water after eating.

Water pic irrigation also great for dental health. again with salt water.

Vitamin D3 important for anchoring teeth into jaw bone, at least 6,000 units daily.

Have heard that a roll of & tape is better for flossing than floss! Haven't tried it myself, so can't say.

Clove oil is good for pain and the rest is good for restoring/maintaining dental health. It is possible to heal your tooth!

Finally, some dentists say that a good 2/3 of root canals are not necessary! Go to www.oramedia.com for an article titled Do I Really Need a Root Canal?

Neem is really awful I took caps of the powder, EWE!, I still prefer to brush my teeth with cell power, no glycerin, just sparkling clean teeth. I added DE to my fresh veg juice each morning it was really good for anchoring teeth and tightening gums.

I have to add this about the vitamin D3. If you want an all natural way

to get your D vitamin. Bare your arms and head for 15 minutes a day in

direct sunlight. During the summer, that's all it takes to get enough of

the D vitamin in your body. Never use sunscreen at all. Lotion or any

oils, should not be used before getting that sun either. During times of

cooler weather or when the sun isn't available for more than a couple

days. I do take my vitamin D3 caps, to the tune of 4,000iu, twice a day.

It is hard to get too much of this important med. There are a couple

foods or oils that also have vitamin D in them. Not sure what they are

now. For I remember that I wasn't going to put that stuff in my mouth

unless I was dying. I'm thinking maybe cod liver oil, sardines and one

other thing like that.

I also loved your advice about the toothpaste. I've been against

commercial toothpastes for many years now. The rest of your posting is

spot on!

Rena, good luck on the tooth. I've had 3 Root Canals and even with the

pain med injections, it hurt. That's how bad the abscesses were the. In

any case, if the below stuff does not work. Don't put that RC off too

long. Cause bad teeth can lead to heart problems.
