Guest guest
I've always eaten healthy. My Mother always told us to eat vegetables. And yes, I still eat healthy. If not for aspartame (formaldehyde), I wouldn't be in the shape I'm in now. I've been using supplements recommended by Blaylock MD for awhile. Hopefully they'll reprogram my mitochondria. I've cut back on the bicarb cause it feels like any Candida issues I have are taken care of. I started researching Candida because I thought maybe part of my problems are caused by malnutrition. Not being able to absorb and/or utilize nutrients from food. But this makes no sense unless I go completely organic. I have improved. A year ago I was in bad shape. I honestly thought my days were numbered. Now I can tolerate heat. I can work in my yard when it's hot without blacking out. I no longer sleep 12 to 15 hours a day. I no longer get unbearable headaches. There are several other ways that I've improved. But, a big shot of fragrance will and has set me back big time. I'm just waiting for the doctor to call me (no news is good news I hope). Debby Padilla-Hudson <debbypadilla@...> wrote: Sorry to hear you have such a hard story. Guest guest
I'm beginning to be amazed at what the pharmacies won't sell. I have been working outside lately and sweating probably ounces of water an hour. I drank over a gallon of water one day and it all came out as sweat. I know I had some salt depletion symptoms so I went to the local pharmacy for some salt tablets. I used to buy them right off the shelf. Now they won't sell them without a prescription. I tried the same with potassium gluconate tablets - same thing. I used to be able to get them off the shelf, too. So I just went to the grocery store and bought a container of salt. Ate it out of my hand. DUH! I don't know what's behind this movement of pharmacies not selling things without a prescription - especially things you can easily get at other places. Maybe lawsuits? You should be able to get baking soda in your grocery store, too. It's used for a lot more things than human consumption - like deodorizing refrigerators, cleaning, etc. Just read the carton to make sure it's pure sodium bicarbonate and nothing else. Guest guest
Hey, Deb. I tried the baking soda treatment for several days, and I found that it was quite necessary for me to discontinue it. Call it too much die-off or just too much sodium, but I had some bad reactions to it. It was too much for me. I became very arthritic, my skin got very dry and terrible, especially my face, and overall just felt to overly stimulated by the sodium. I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but I know that it didn't work well for me, and I have discontinued it completely. I also experienced incredibly bad sinus problems while doing it -- I was so stopped up during the night that I could barely breath, and it made for very difficult sleep for me, which is not something I can tolerate right now. I hope this helps you in some way. Best of luck, " deb3857wick " <deborah.harper@...> wrote: > > I would be interested to know if anyone did the complete baking soda > treatment and what the results were. THanks Deb ==>Deb, do ensure you follow the recommendations carefully so you do not get too much sodium: " In order to avoid getting too much sodium, do the following: Do not take any salt or salt substitutes, including ocean sea salt, while doing this treatment. You will need to get minerals from another source instead; take ConcenTrace Ionic Liquid Minerals - 10- 15 drops twice a day in water. Do not take any chlorophyll or other green drinks or supplements during this treatment. Do not take sodium ascorbate (vitamin C), which is a mixture of baking soda and ascorbic acid crystals. Instead take regular vitamin C tablets. It is very important that you continue to follow the diet and take all of the other supplements recommended on Bee's Candida Program. Guest guest
//> Bee, I agree that there was a lot of die-off/cleansing and detoxing going on from the sodium bicarbonate. There was just TOO much detoxing going on for me to handle. One evening, I was so overloaded with the toxin release that I was just completely incopassitated on the couch and could barely move a muscle - and couldn't keep my eyes open for the life of me. I have come to the conclusion that my detoxification mechanisms/pathways are very overburdened, and have been for quite some time (liver, gall bladder, etc.). This accounts for my very strong reactions to salicylates and other antifungal substances in coconut oil and certainly to my very uncomfortable reaction to the sodium bicarbonate. Even small amounts of coconut oil and other things are still just too much for me to handle. I am very overburdened with toxins since I have a below normal ability to detox them efficiently (in a 'normal' period of time that doesn't allow me to be noticeably affected by them). Coming to this realization has put a new meaning on going slowly for me. Although I've been on the diet for about 10 months now, I cannot afford to move into coconut oil and other things just yet... still. I think that for now, I need to focus on a high-fat, mainly animal products diet (with plenty of good butter and fish oils/CLO, etc.) and not push the coconut oil or sodium bicarbonate right now. The very high fat diet ALONE will help my body to detoxify slowly, b/c I firmly believe now that the right fats do wonders for detoxifying the body. As I've recently reported, I've been successful in implementing HCl and a good quantity of digestive enzyme supplements with each of my meals. I think that this alone will be much for my body to adjust to b/c I will now be digesting my meat & fat meals better, and the additional nutrition I will hopefully be providing to my body is probably enough to produce healing, cleansing, and detoxifying reactions all by itself. The more nutrition my body receives... the better it will become at isolating, breaking down, and eliminating toxins which are overwhelming my body. This will help it to build the immune system and help attack such things as candida and bacterial overgrowths. So, as you can see. I feel that just maintaining my high fat diet and my good digestive (and other recommended) supplements is enough for me right now. If I start using coconut oil and the sodium bicarbonate again, I fear I will be giving too much for my body to process and it will become overwhelmed even more and that, I have learned, is very counterproductive. See, I've learned that it's not that I don't think that these things aren't good for the body, it is just that there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. And for me that threshold of too much, is none at all for coconut oil, sodium bicarbonate, and anti-fungals other than a high-fat, animal product diet with excellent nutritional supplements... For the time being of course. As much as I want to believe that I am this indestructible force that can handle anything, I have become humbled and let go of that idea. Please get me your feedback on my approach, Bee! I'm excited to have accepted that even though I've been on the program for some time, there are just certain things that I still cannot handle yet, at all. I really look forward to your input on my current approach. Thanks so much in advance. I hope all is well with you. Guest guest
something that helped me... my candida must be fairly severe because it has caused me thrush and psoriasis - I was antibiotics every year of my life (for something or another) until age 23...and had a major sugar addiction to boot... I started the baking soda a few days ago. Yesterday I had a splitting headache and felt like death. Somehow, I dragged myself onto my rebounder (mini-trampoline) and got myself to jump on it (I had heard this was very good for toxins and moving lymph in the system). I turned on some fo my favorite musci for motivation. well,, the first five minutes the headahce worsened until it was even more spiltting - then all of sudden, after I started to sweat a bit; it just dissipated - I don't know if it was the endorphons or sweating or what but my headache went away and I felt great the rest of the night. Exercise can help move toxins out fo you faster, as can sweating. I think I am going to go back to Bikram yoga, to get the toxins out of me ASAP. The psoriasis is almost gone from my scalp and ears already since being on nystatin and now baking soda and then a no-sugar diet with TONS of probiotics. I think it is working; I will keep going. I became very arthritic, my skin got very dry. ==>, the reason you got very arthritic is because it is caused by toxins, which the baking soda treatment would create because it is killing off candida which puts out a lot of toxins. The treatment also means you need to cut out all salt, except what is contained in your foods, and you need to take Concentrace Ionic Liquid Minerals, etc. You might also need to take some potassium supplements if you aren't eating carbs. Guest guest
Dear , I recommend you do the 9-day program found in the " C) Digestion " Folder in the Group's Files. Also read " How to Detoxify Effectively " found in the " Candida Symptoms, Help For " Folder. Guest guest
Helen, There is NO aluminum in baking soda. Aluminum is in baking POWDER. Different kettle of fish. I have hashed this out previously on the forum, maybe search will bring up my posts. Guest guest
Hi Helen, We've been through this discussion before. If you look through the file archives you can find the previous conversations. There is aluminum in baking POWDER, not baking SODA. Arm and Hammer baking soda, and all others that I know of for that matter, only contain sodium bicarbonate. Baking powder does contain aluminum, but not baking soda. Bee
Guest guest
Hi GB - This is the link to Dr. Simoncini's site.I can't remember exactly where the protocols to inject are on the site, but i know they're there! http://www.curenaturalicancro.com/ He talks about the protocol for injection into an organ, or tumor, directly, how to position the patient, etc. I know for breast tumors there's a specific way to place the needle and get directly into a tumor. Yes, a professional needs to do it - am not sure but I think there are some cancers where drinking it may help systemically but am not sure. He does not have an answer for ductal cancers of the breast as of yet. I know he's trained some docs in the U.S. cathy
