Guest guest
Ocean spray sucks. Greg From: Yeah Right <ok_fine@...>Subject: juice hellhealth Date: Tuesday, May 18, 2010, 11:06 PM I was very disappointed when I read the label of a well known juice. Iwas buying Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice and their Cranberry Pomegranate. The first ingredient was filtered water followed by grape juice. I wasbuying grape juice. Didn't there use to be laws about labels that namenad to be on the top of the list, so the first ingredient should havebeen cranberry not grape?Looking at other labels, I saw some started with apple. I'm thinkingthey are taking whatever is cheap for the main filler and limiting themore expensive items, and cheating on the label/name thing. All in all I ma disgusted, trying to be healthy and finding I've beensuckered.-- No sig line is too small.Facebook is evil.Rent this space. Guest guest
Anything in a bottle, can or box sucks. They are all boiled beyond recognition as a juice. People say they can't drink orange juice, well I guess not it's so acidic I couldn't drink it either! But fresh o.j. I could drink all day long. Once you go fresh, you'll never go back! Guest guest
Alcohol? Guest guest
There is a whole world of teas beyond the bag. I got away from it, need to get back to it, but mixing things like rose hips, hibiscus, cloves and others herbs, flowers and spices makes great teas without the other bagged teas. Of course adding to the bagged teas is also good. -- No sig line is too small. Facebook is evil. Rent this space. On Thu, 2010-05-20 at 08:58 -0400, webriter wrote: > > > Alcohol? Guest guest
It's frustrating knowing what you're doing has worked for umpteen hundreds of other people but isn't working for you!I'm thankful for 1 thing especially-- I LOVE my fruits n veggies! There's a lady at work who has bad arthritis and I overheard some one talk about diet and she says "yeah I'm sure that might help but I hate fruits and vegetables" WHAAAAT!? How's it possible to go through life like that!?As far as the Lyrica... My dr had me on the highest dose of gabapentin (same thing) you can legally prescribe and my pain was so bad I took it. Right until my legs started giving out and I'd do face plants onto the ground... And I started smelling burnt toast everywhere.... A sign for epileptics they're going to have a seizure!Drs are quick to prescribe antiseizure meds for pain because they're non addictive.CandaceSent from my iPhoneOn May 23, 2010, at 12:30 PM, "Kathy" <gobucks@...> wrote: This is what happens to my hubby. I cant understand why people let their health go. Ive been a life extension and nutrition researcher since 1976 and am now 56 years young. I have absolutely and never had any health problems except an occasional scratch I cant reach to scratch LOL. Start slow and easy and try to incorporate good foods into his diet. They don't have to be raw and boring. Try making a big batch of organic (only way to go or farm fresh) gazpacho. A cold vegetable soup that's easy to handle and is delicious. Greg. Guest guest
I add carrots and green onions also but use a pepper instead of hot sauce. Sometimes I add the orange or yellow peppers as they are a bit sweeter. Suzi List Owner health What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered.
