Guest guest
I know there are members who are very familiar with fibro on this list.. should be some help to you . Check the message archives for info also. Glad to hear your wife is better.. what a nitemare she has been thru. Do you have a naturopath? Milk thistle is supposed to help psoriasis (due to the cleansing of the liver).. just eating good raw pureed food may help alot of the problems going on also. Suzi List Owner health What is a weed? She should be in a whole lot less pain now with the stomachfixed or I should say mangled weight loss surgery fixed. Didn't soundlike the ideal option but likely the only one at this point. She'll bein the hospital at least another week. Then she'll be home eating a tablespoon of mush 6 times a day. I can'twait to be pureeing everything and adding good stuff in it. Have tolook up stuff for psoriasis, fibromyalgia and lymphadema for starters.Should be interesting. Funny how "modern medicine" claim all three ofthese are mysteries, they claim they don't know what causes them. Funnyhow non medical people all seem to have a good clue. I think oneproblem is they can't patent a hug to reduce stress. -- No ------------------------------------
Guest guest
My husband, who has had back troubles from an on-the-job-injury some 35 years ago [it's about to get relevant soon I promise] developed psoriasis after he was injured in a car accident [whiplash] recently went thru' a long series of shots in his spine, traction, physical therapy. During this the psoriasis disappeared. Then he was hit again [this time it was like the kid was trying to commit homicide] recently, got a whip lash in a new area and the psoriasis started to come back. While it is considered to be an immune system disease[??] it seems, at least for him to be related to spinal alignment. Also my husband eats NO fruits or vegs [normally], but when he does the patches receed and it does get better. Fibromyalgia seems to be a result of body trauma, like a physical PTSD. Especially of the spine, at least it is for me and my husband a some of the other people I've talked to who have it. FM is hard to pinpoint and is so vague in definition that I've gone by anecdotes while investigating it for myself. Activity often helps to allay the daily pain. I'll be praying for your wife's recovery. ~Katy Sheep to the right; His Lamb Zeal for your house consumes me-Ps 69:9 http://orchardhouseheirlooms.com/product_info.php/cPath/157_163/products_id/199 survival seeds Christian-homesteaders/?yguid=227010598 biblical survival -- wife surgery is done Surgeon called me. Future surgery to gradually realign the intestines? Or "it's been this way for this long, she'll continue to live with it and no harm done"?She should be in a whole lot less pain now with the stomach> fixed or I should say mangled weight loss surgery fixed. Didn't sound> like the ideal option but likely the only one at this point. She'll be> in the hospital at least another week.~~~~~One good thing about being in the hospital - you really don't have anything else to do BUT rest. This can be a very good thing.> > Then she'll be home eating a tablespoon of mush 6 times a day. I can't> wait to be pureeing everything and adding good stuff in it. Have to> look up stuff for psoriasis, fibromyalgia and lymphadema for starters.> Should be interesting. ~~~~~You is a GOOD hubby, ! I love talking with folks who really do see their spouse as their partner! Much on my mind after speaking to my friend yesterday - the one who just had a double mastectomy and is now doing chemo....Funny how "modern medicine" claim all three of> these are mysteries, they claim they don't know what causes them. ~~~~~My personal take on that is they are looking in entirely the wrong places. Funny how non medical people all seem to have a good clue. I think one> problem is they can't patent a hug to reduce stress. ~~~~No, but some of them are waking up to the fact that it's good for the health! And laughing. And pets. Good healing energy to you and your wife, . If it gets terribly weird, stressful and lonely - and we all know that epic health issues can be very difficult for a single caregiver - you know where we are. This for your wife. Trust me, the fragrance is delightful!Ev"A hundred million miracles are happening every day!"
