Guest guest
I do that and celery every day, all three, that way I'm getting two veggies and a fruit every morning. ~Katy Sheep to the right; His Lamb Zeal for your house consumes me-Ps 69:9 http://orchardhouseheirlooms.com/product_info.php/cPath/157_163/products_id/199 survival seeds Christian-homesteaders/?yguid=227010598 biblical survival -- Re: healthy illnes - was juice hell I've read carrot juice is the best juice to drink on a fast. Guest guest
I've never got orange skin.. maybe you got to eat a heck of alot for that.. For 2-3 days, I can't imagine that would be enough.. but we're all different.. I like the apple/carrot mix.. has always done well for me when I do a 2-3 day cleanse/fast. - if I hunger one day might be carrots inbetween.. the next day will be apples.. And carrots can turn your skin orange, [i don't know this for a fact but I've heard anecdotal evidence of it.] Maybe if you try a blend and then only once a day. Or try a fruit blend, or fast with just water?
Guest guest
Oh, the guy I heard who got orange skin ate nothing but carrots. ~Katy Sheep to the right; His Lamb Zeal for your house consumes me-Ps 69:9 http://orchardhouseheirlooms.com/product_info.php/cPath/157_163/products_id/199 survival seeds Christian-homesteaders/?yguid=227010598 biblical survival -- Re: healthy illnes - was juice hell It may be, but too much of one food isn't good for Human Beings. Guest guest
Candace I was rereading your email re: Lupus, please contact me via my email address, no, I don't have a cure, But I do have some help. webriter@... > > There's something about getting better that involves getting worse first. It has to do with retracing the injury/illness. I know I'm not saying this the correct way and I know there is someone on this list that can help, but what I have learned is that once I start taking care of myself, eating raw, juicing fresh produce, exercising and getting enough rest I get " sick " . When in fact I am only throwing off crap and getting better! People seem to think it's a good thing to not get " sick " , but that means your body is not healthy enough to detox. There is (or was) a fasting clinic in Michigan that would send you home if you didn't experience discomfort inside the first 10 days of a fast. They figured there was something much more serious going on inside and they wanted medical clearance to proceed with the fasting. > > If you've ever read anything about Natural Hygiene then you will know their stand on illness and germs. Rather tough to wrap your head around, but their claim is the germ theory is full of holes, so to speak. I'm not going to go into it, but if anyone wants to know more about it Google Raw School or Nora Lenz and there you will find writings on the germ theory and Natural Hygiene. > > Shari >
