These sites have different recipes for homemade laundry detergent and some have recipes for homemade household cleaning products as well. All the laundry detergent recipes are basically the same but in different amounts of the ingredients. it just depends on which one you prefer.

The ones that are recommended are better for cleaning laundry but if you can't find them them just use any bar you have on hand or that is on sale. Some use Ivory or Dial or Dove or anything else. It will still work out well.

For the dishwasher rinse cycle, will ACV work? All I have right now.

Seems pretty expensive but yes, it cuts the soap, makes the water rinse off clean.
