Guest guest
Cranberry beans are a dried product like pinto beans and can be substituted in any recipe that calls for dry beans. They will sprout. Beans sold in a regular grocery store will most likely not be grown organically. Some people say they have to be cooked after they're sprouted. If you chose not cook them, they may give you indigestion (read 'gas'). ew Cranberry beans Date: Mon, 21 Jan 2008 03:54:00 -0000 Being new to this I am walking through the grocery store looking for things to sprout. I found a bag of Cranberry beans? I had never heard of them before. Has anyone sprouted these beans? Mark Just living is not enough.
