Qbout question about sprouting snow peas

Hello!

Have been sprouting only a few months and now look at everything with a

sprouting eye! I ordered some organic green snow peas and sprouted them

using the three tiered plastic box sprouters---question is twofold: 1) how

long does it take to sprout these guys? 2) Do they stay crunchy or do they

soften up like lentil sprouts? Reason I'm asking is, I sprouted these guys

but when I tasted them they were pretty bitter. Did I sprout them too

long? They took about four days to sprout.

On a different topic, I attempted to sprout some red lentils, and have had

no luck. Not even a squiggly tail in three days. I am consistent with

rinsings, etc. Any advice on this?

Thanks, Aram

Don't know about the peas, but I did the " reddies " and it took them

forever. They didn't go bad or anything like that, and finally, after

about six days they sprouted tiny twirly tails. They tasted okay, but

I decided they were too labor intensive, so now I stick to the green.
