I wonder if we might come up with a basic diet, approximately 1500 calories, that we might come up with that is all or mostly based on our sprouts. i.e.: Lester's wheat bread for 50 percent of our calories, and maybe a bean mix for protein, and buckwheat, sunflower, and pea greens or a salad mix for the remainder of our nutritional needs.
