Guest guest
Well, thanks for posting it anyway, no matter where it came from. lol I got a book from the library yesterday called, Master Your Metabolism by: Jillian s. You know, the fitness coach from The Biggest Looser. Right near the beginning of the book, Jillian says, "If it didn't have a mother and didn't come from the ground, don't eat it". That's really good advise and includes Icecream. YIPPY. Ok, so that's being silly but at any rate, I'm going to try to use he theory as much as possible for a while to see if I can shed some of my blubber and feel better. I'm thinking, like Katy, I may have a reaction to chemicals as well as a sluggish metabolism. Thyroid tests say I'm ok in that dept but according to the book, I might not be. I'm anxious to see what doing away with some bad stuff will do for my belly line, or is that waist line? I have a waist??? Waist--I remember that thing of over 8 years ago, before I quit smoking. I'm wondering how many people are having problems with chemicals and don't even know it? While at the library, I also picked up a book by Howie Mandel called "Don't Touch Me". Seems he has a germaphobia problem. Good thing I don't have that or I would go stark raving mad-er. Now then, off to eat my oatmeal with cinnamon and apples that I made from scratch. Who plants a seed beneath the sod and waits to see, believes in God.ExoticPetsGardening ><}}}*> There are simple reasons why this rememdy stays with us,...it has measurable efficacy. Anything that requires healing, fighting off infection, accelarated healing to over come inflamation will respond to this therapy....For my cancer clients I use all three of these in a green tea, mixed with stronger polyphenols, additional oxygen donors, and chlorophyll.
