Guest guest
Well, we didn't have health insurance for over 25 years so we bought a rebounder about 15 years ago and use it faithfully. I figure the price of one divided by 15 works out to be affordable and we saved all that insurance money! My husband is going to be 66 in a couple weeks and I am 60, neither one of us have seen an allopathic doctor in 26 years and neither one of us takes any medications whatsoever. I have had a job with a school district for about five years and have never once used my insurance. You're going to pay for it one way or another and I'd rather pay for a rebounder and organic food than with my health and pay money to a health care system I don't trust or believe works. So I guess you'd freak if I told you I paid over $300 for a blender. Have used it also for over 15 years with no problems and I'm talking probably an average of everyday seeing as when the kids were here it got used 3 - 4 times a day making smoothies with NO dairy products. Now I have slim adult children who know the importance of staying away from sodas, meat, and processed foods. When it comes to my health I don't scrimp on the money. I drive a 14 year old car that is paid for and I shop at Goodwill for my clothes. We live in a 900 square foot house and raised two kids here. We grow a lot of our own food and use a greenhouse I got off FreeCycle ($2,500 greenhouse for free) to grow microgreens in the winter. Best bang for your buck in the food department! You can also go on FreeCycle and Craig's list and possibly find a used rebounder. It is the only exercise that flushes the lymph system and so very easy to do. Sorry, I'll climb down off my soap box now. I didn't mean to get so preachy or come across bitchy, I just wanted to point out that what we perceive as being expensive really isn't when you think about the cost of UNhealth.
