Guest guest
When dark chocolate is included in a healthy diet, it can help improve overall heart health, reduce LDL ( "bad") cholesterol and blood pressure, and increase blood flow to the brain. It also may improve blood sugar and insulin sensitivity, which could reduce diabetes risk. The power of chocolate comes from flavonoids, a phytochemical found in the cacao bean, from which cocoa is taken. So the more cocoa a chocolate contains, the richer the chocolate's health-promoting content. Dark chocolate contains a higher percentage of cocoa than white or milk chocolate. Guest guest
Get at least 70% cocoa. And buy the way there is no cocoa in white chocolate. Greg. Guest guest
Yes, even on my [very] restrictive diet I include some dark chocolate, in cocoa form, I use raw honey for sweetener. Just not much sweet to it. Nuts and coconut oil, a little plain live yogurt and yumm-o. ~Katy Sheep to the right; His Lamb Zeal for your house consumes me-Ps 69:9 http://orchardhouseheirlooms.com/product_info.php/cPath/157_163/products_id/199 survival seeds Christian-homesteaders/?yguid=227010598 biblical survival -- Did you know When dark chocolate is included in a healthy diet, it can help improve overall heart health, reduce LDL ( "bad") cholesterol and blood pressure, and increase blood flow to the brain.
