Guest guest
Is it possible for dirt to shape itself into what reminds me of rodent droppings and still be just dirt? I have some sesame seeds and are getting to the bottom of the package and as I was culling them there seemed to be so much dirt and debris. Some just reminded me of mouse terds but smaller and rough not smooth. I am grossed out not by the dirt but by my thoughts about the dirt. I decided to save the seeds til next sprting and then sprout and plant them and grow my own sesame seeds next year. It never ceases to amaze me how some seeds I buy whether designated for sprouting or not are so very clean and culled and some contain different seeds and debris. I am so used to the speed at which mung beans and lentils sprout that I am finding that I do not want to even bother with the adzuki beans which I thought were dead but just took so long for some of them to sprout while others were in deed dead and hard and others merely began to decompose. For me lentils and mung beans begin to show life within the first day, what legumes do you sprout that are quick to sprout? I like instant gratification.
