It is invaluable for flat sprouted breads, keeps them from crumbling. :)

firstly I need to get some wheat from somewhere to sprout..but I only have a

dehydrator..what is that item in the picture is it a low temperature type

product?

I would have to do flatish crackers if I use myl dehydrator.

any recipes or tips very welcome please.
