Guest guest
No takers? OK, let me ask in a different way. I went to my local Kroger a couple days ago, spent $200 and did not bring back anything of any significant value - the produce there (and it's mny only choice) is horrible, so I've made a decision to make some serious lifestyle changes with regard to what kinds of foods i'll eat, how much of a footprint I'm going to leave on the environment for the rest of my life and so forth - i imagine that many of you made those choices long ago. What I really want to know is, and that from experienced mouths, is what does this lifestyle change really involve? Who among you would be willing to write a short paragraph desciribing your 'process' whether it be with sprouting or wheat grass and juicing, raw foods in general A typical day in the life of... Ifound on the web that 5 lbs of wheat grass yields about 60 oz. of juice and that one to two servings of 2 oz is typical for most. I've been to nearly every web site I can find, and most are just selling something and are full of hype. There' has been one exception to this browsing and that's my discovery of gil and lori's site (thanks both of you for your efforts). I in no way intend to give up meat entirely, but i want to minimize my consumption to the occasional burger, but I've been told that people who eats sprouts, raw foods in general, tend to lose the taste for meat, is that true? Please post what you think will be helpful for a newbie, sites, ideas, how you started and how you do things now, barriers I might encounter...i guess I'm looking for someone to say yeah its worth it, this is what you do...we grow this much for two people and its more than enough, that kind of thing, i guess i really just need to know what I'm really getting into, or maybe i'm making it harder than it needs to be, and it really isn't a big deal at all sorry for the long post, and thanks for any responses, > > Greetings all - I'm Pete and I'm glad to have found this group. > > This question is for wheatgrass juice drinkers How much do you > drink and how often and for the serving size tha tyou list, how much > grass does it take to yield that amount? > > I'm trying to calculate how much grass I'll need to be growing if I'm > to consume it on a regular basis, which I hope to be doing soon. > > Thank you and hello everyone >
