What would be the best Sampler beginner kit?

Hey all,Love the list and am learning a bit.I have been a lurker for

some time and am now ready to take the plunge.Could someone please

help me with a starter sampler kit.I want to know all about sprouting

and the different kinds of sprouts as well as there individual health

benefits,nourishments and multi uses (Grains for bread etc.).I would

like to purchase a kit but am at a standstill,I would like to get a

kit that would best prepare me and also get experience in as many

seeds as I can.I plan on getting serious about sprouting and very much

value all of your feedback as I do with the daily digest..Thank you,Mike
