Guest guest
Thank you guys. I am very curious about buckwheat which I love as a grain and pea should be delicious I am also looking at greens on the website, they are so attractive. I prefer to stay away from peppery taste I have tried to sprout coriander from my organic seeds, it was a rotting catastrophe, I would love to sprout coriander, that must taste so good Silly beginner question there is something I do not understand about the sprouter. If one uses a stacking tray ( which I would prefer to the mason jar that looks a bit crowded to me) how do we provide light to the lower layers? and how do the sprouts grow high enough? so we can use a baby blanket at the bottom of the tray to provide more nourishment to the sprout? does it make it difficult to drain? another question I have sprouted lentils and adzuki beans. The adzuki bean, I must say, although it took longer, grow quite high and strong and cute with their leaves at the top, a very nice healthy green in the kitchen and they taste good. I just cut the green part and throw away the seed. Are we supposed to eat the seeds and the roots also - maybe cook them? Thank you to you all for sharing your experience. At this time I am a real beginner and I will sprout anything silly. Whole spice grains did not work either. [(:|] miss lavande > > Welcome miss lavande.
