The only thing that helped me at a very bad time in my life was "Hydrocortisone". If he can get prescription strength that would be best. The over the counter stuff barely touches it. If he's in that much pain, it the only thing that may work at this point. I know it's not a natural remedy but it does work.

Anyone got any good cures or helps for hemorroids? My brother has them bad to the point they are going to have do surgery..but that is not until June 3.. he is in alot of pain and they gave him pain pills (aren't working).. He says hot baths help temporarily. He's been thru alot over the years.. cancer, heart.. etc.. not the best in eating healthy.. any ideas or knowledge for the pain of this and cure??
