Hi All,

Just to touch on a few points.

1g of Fat is worth about 9 calories. The max fat loss (not weight loss)

possible per week is about 1kg (2.2lbs). That's about 9,000 calories

per week or 1,285 calories per day that the body must get from it's fat

stores.

This means you need to eat 1,285 calories less per day than you burn.

For most of us, that's a big ask as a diet below about 1,000 calories is

classified as starvation and will severely reduce the bodies metabolic

rate and thereby weight loss.

The goal of eating different foods and using weight loss supplements is

to try to control where the body sources the energy it needs (to try to

always direct in to our fat stores) and where it stores any short term

dietary excess (hopefully as protein in the muscles).

This simple diagram may help you to understand how the body manages it's

internal energy stores. Notice that converting excess Aminos / Glucose

to Fat is a ONE WAY street as FAT stays as fat until it is burnt. Also

FAT is not a bio-convertable energy source like Protein and Carbs.

So, eat more Protein, less Carbs and even less Fat (except Omega 3/6

oils). Reduce total calories to less than you burn and use an early

morning GH boost to assist the body to burn fat, build muscle and

improve health.

Here is another way to look at food and where it's stored.
