I didn't like Sproutpeople response. Its probably hard to keep the buckwheat

from busting up anyway. It is a fragile seed without its protectective bran. I

thought I was getting oats and barley together, that is one reason why I don't

like too. Thats not even a choice.

I can only be successful with sprouts when they are alive in the first place.

Seeds that are dead in the water rot and cause health problems.

I have gotten the oats to green. I can't do it with the dead buckwheat in there,

or at least stomach the mix with the rotting buckwheat.

Its amazing that Feed Stores can sell 60 pounds of live

oats for $20, and Sproutpeople charge $20 for a fraction of that weight.
