Guest guest
Of course, the first thing a carnivoire eats is the upper intestines. ~Katy Having spent a good bit of time researching a wolf's feeding habits, so as to best feed my own dogs, I will simply tell you this: not always. Not necessarily even often. Wolves have been observed removing, with surgical precision, the stomachs of deer. Sometimes opening said organ in order to EMPTY it BEFORE consumption, sometimes dragging it WELL away from the feeding area. I fed my own dogs whole rabbits for a time. They did, indeed eat the intestines. They ate EVERYTHING - not so much as a speck on the ground to show where they had fed. But for large game/wild carnivores? Not always, not necessarily even often, and going for the belly region is simply the easiest way to begin the rending process. Just sayin'. And I don't pretend to be a canid or felid predator. Guest guest
Fruit can have a larger meaning than plums and peaches. Grains are a fruit, beans and nuts are fruit. Think " seedpods " and you have more of a fruitavore's diet. Gayla
