best book for a newbie? Or do I really need one?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to sprouting and really want to dig in and get started, but I

admit, I have so much on my plate, I'm a little overwhelmed. Can you

recommend a great book or website that breaks down some of the

different seeds for me, and what all I can do w/ them? Recipes? I

think that is a big issue for me, what do I do w/ these seeds once I've

sprouted them? I'm guessing different seeds would probably have

different uses based on flavor?
