Annie is a Labrador/Golden Retriever mix. Although she doesn't show any symptoms, according to lab tests her thyroid gland is working low and the triglycerides are very high. The vet says that the triglycerides are high due to the low thyroid.

She gave her 2 remedies. One was a natural formula and the second a drug, but they didn't do anything at all.

Hi Rena. I am on several groups. some are ok and some you take what you like.

I was involved many years ago on a Wholesome Dane group. I remember them being

very holistic and smart. What do you feed her? I know a lot of raw groups. If

it is thyroid specific info I am on a group JeanDodds in Nz and she is very

helpful.

What was her reading and did you get a T4 or a full panel thyroid done? My dogs

all seem to have low T4s and I am giving kelp at the moment and a thyroid

support pill. Waiting for results so I won't recomend that one yet but kelp

seems to help. Iodine I suppose? I don't feed my Hypothyroid on meds dog any

kelp though.
