Guest guest
Hey gang, here is a note I recieved from the maker of the Easy-Sprouter about what no rinse means: ew Thanks for your inquiry and interest. " No rinse " refers to a sprouting technique mainly used for those seeds not being grown to full leaf stage. It's possible when you sprout in an Easy-Sprouter. We soak a cup of mung beans (start them in warm water) for 8 hours, drain and let them sprout until they have at least 1/4 inch roots, but not more than an inch. At this point they can be eaten or refrigerated until eaten. Actually the best mung beans I've ever had (those mentioned in the Guide) were grown by accident when a sprouter full of soaked mung was left in a car in the summertime, and of course grew very rapidly because they didn't run out of oxygen (as they would have in a jar) or dry out (if in a tray.). Heartfully, Gene Monson Sunshine makes the flowers dance.
