Usually people suffering from depression focus their concentration on lesser

important and unworthy things and dwell on their past rather than handling their

present which is acts as a base to their future. To overcome depression, improve

your concentration level. Make sure you spend more time setting small goals and

achieving them. Meditate and do yoga to increase your concentration and stress

verminderen (reduce stress). Work on things that you like to do. Pick up your

hobbies and nurture them. Leave behind negative experiences and look forward to

attain a better future for yourself.
