So true, we are all different, this is one thing Medicos do not take into consideration, listen to your body, wellness is a habit that needs to be acquired thru' trial and error,For instance if a food not considered good for one, makes you feel better, maybe it is good for you. I find that with potatoes, I seem to be healthier eating them, so I do, no toppings but pretty plain- boiled or baked.

-- about herbs and healing

i feel the need to say this.. many of you may already know this.. for those that dont...

Herbs are like medicines in the fact that what works for one may not work for another. Where garlic most often lowers blood pressure sometimes doesn't work for a person. They may have to try other herbs to accomplish the same thing. My father is one of those.. what worked for him was a combination including evening primrose.. BUT, don't think that herbs will cure you in a couple days.. it may takes weeks..months...you did not get the way you are overnite...read up on the herb you choose... read up on your problem... put the two together... and read some more. Discuss what you find with the group.

Just some things to consider, ponder, act on, etc..

We can and will all give you our knowledge, our experiences, but in the end you have to find what is right for you... our suggestions may or may not help depending on your "make-up" .. We will help search with you by asking more questions and somewhere along the line.. you will find the solution you are looking for.. BUT it won't be overnight. Patience is a virtue... You're not wanting to mask the problem but heal it, so hang in there and keep going.
