Then, the house has to look at the bill again because the senate modified it. Then, of course, the president must sign it and after that theAttorney General has 60 days to carve it into stone. This may be a complete waste of time, but if you are against it, why not email the president about it. I'm sure it's not the most important issue on his mind and he's got the entire congress voting the other way. It's a massive long shot, but he does have veto power. I've always thought he's an extremely intelligent guy. Make an appeal.
