My mom lived for the last 40 years of her life with extremely high blood pressure and no CV accident -- she died from other causes, so I'm wondering

Hi Thissal,

I recommend proper oil (NOT fish oil) at least 1 tablespoon a day, meditation, deep breathing, and at least 1 20 minute walk a day. I'm sure there are herbs that lower blood pressure, but don't know them off the top of my head. Can you goolgle for more info on that? You might find good herbs for tea! Good luck with the dentist. I have deep mistrust of that profession.

Thanks for all the replies. Dentists are the baddest of the bad. So the

dentist told me I have 3 abcsessed teeth and that's an emergency -- septicemia

and all that. Then she told me she would not treat me for anything until I got

my blood pressure down which is chronic long term and still at only the first

stage of hypertention so it's not that bad. I call it double-speak. Is it an

emergency or is it not or is she just messing with me?

They are money grubbers, cherché Le beeg bucks, whatever makes them the most money is their motivation, it's true the infection has to go first, having hi-blood pressure makes it trickier for him with the anaesthesia.
