Guest guest
I would not drink soak water. my husband drunk some soak water from organic almonds by mistake, only one mouthful, and he was sick with it. He had extreme stomach pain immediately, and then stomach upset for hours. Why would one want to drink that? it looks pretty dirty to me. As a matter of fact I wash them again before I peel them and soak them some more in clear water when ever time allows Even organic seeds have been exposed to dirt and some handeling. almonds are so delicious, great food... : " ask and it will be given " Good luck with your improving health. I may be mistaken, but my impression was that this discussion thread was started by someone asking if someone else put their soaks in smoothies, not if they put the soak water in smoothies. Like I say, I could have misread something or missed a post, but I didn't think anyone was initially suggesting anyone drink nut/seed soak water. (Water for soaking dried fruit, however, is rather nice.) Sparrow
Guest guest
I agree with miss Lavanda on the soak water issue. There was a palatability issue with blended sprouts along with successful sprouting.Thats why I mentioned soaks and smoothies,I took it for granted that everyone new what soaks were.My bad, blessings to all and happy thanksgiving.Jeff.
