Dear Reader,

If you or someone you know has hip pain, or if you

just have interest in keeping your hip joints healthy

in the years to come, I encourage you to take a look

at my latest post here:

http://drbenkim.com/how-to-

stretch-inner-hip.htm

In the weeks to come, I'll spend most of my designated

computer time posting more pictures and clips of stretches

and exercises that promote healthy lower extremities

and a stable pelvis and lower back.

If you'd like to give these exercises a try, I encourage you

to pick up a foam roller or a jumbo tennis ball, preferably

both, as I'll be showing other ways to utilize these

priceless health tools.

Varieties that I recommend:

Jumbo Tennis Ball:

Premium Foam Roller:

I believe that both of these items can be shipped worldwide

from Amazon, but if it so happens that you live overseas

and you can't order these items, you may have some luck

at a local sporting goods store. Or perhaps even at a

local Wal-mart. :)

I've been receiving excellent feedback on our Vision

Support formulation. Though this 100% whole food formula

is meant to help prevent development or progression of

macular degeneration and cataracts, over the past few months,

I've heard back from a few folks who have noticed

actual improvement in vision that was partially affected

by macular degeneration.

If you have a family medical history of macular degeneration

or cataract formation, you may consider learning more about

Vision Support here:

That's all for today. I hope you and your loved ones

have a memorable weekend. Or that you're coming out of one.

Until next time,

Ben Kim
