my mistake, of course we are talking about phyto estrogens not xeno

estrogens which are man make chemicals.

both categories will upset the hormonal balance however the

xenoestrogens are a real problem as they are toxic while the phyto

estrogens can be healing in spite of their estrogenic impact.

you can grate turmeric, but frankly, I found it easier to get it in

powder form and capsulate it. And of course it is great in cooking if

you do not over abuse it , I mean get bored with the taste.

goes well with onions and veggies.

to answer I am French. People do not eat corn there, it is

grown - very inefficiently, using tons of water and depleting the

soil, only a few ears per plant, mostly to feed pigs. Occasionally one

opens a small can of yellow corm to look pretty at a special diner

like a little apetizeer at Xmas, next to the red beets and the green

watercress.

I never saw an ear corn until I was 24, grilled in the street in Africa.

do you find organic blue corn seeds?
