Guest guest
hi, can anyone recommend a good source of multivitamine/mineral? By good I mean that vitamines should be from natural, non synthetic sources, it should provide optimal dose for all nutrients, provied the most bioavailable form of each nutrient, no iron, and finally shouldn't be too expensive. Life Extension Mix seems ok but it costs 1.27 a day. _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. Guest guest
you will not find anything else nearly as good as the life extension mix. Have used it for years and wouldn't think of changing. ayogendra@... --- Nick Pastouchenko <npast@...> wrote: > > hi, can anyone recommend a good source of > multivitamine/mineral?
