BG) Folic Acid is also good, but that is an artificial form of folate. Better to eat home grown veggies as much as possible. BTW, it is Homocysteine that roughens the inside of the blood vessel walls. Thus letting cholesterol then catch on those roughened places and eventually building up into a blood vessel blockage. BTW, I take a total of 2,400 mcg a day of folic acid, plus eat a lot of folates themselves. The doc likes what he sees and hears, with my blood vessels. Now, a simple question here. I have never read of the proper amounts of Vitamin B12 and B6 for an average persons weight and a male. Yes, males and females need different amounts of nutrients. Course, I figured you all knew that already. In any case, what amounts are needed for B6 and B12 for the average male? Thanks, Bill and thank you Katy! Olive oil is a bit too delicate to heat up, it loses much of it's health benefits if heated. Butter is much healtyhier than Margarine which is fake food. In my [not so humble ] opinion, people do need some animal fats to be healthy. ~Katy Sheep to the right; His Lamb “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength" Isa 30:15 http://www.orchardhouseheirlooms.net/ survival seeds Christian-homesteaders/ biblical survival -- Re: Good blood circulation My replies are below the pertinent parts. On 09/22/2010 21:03, webriter wrote:>>> 1. Guest guest
, I LOVE your website!! Lou P.S. I like coconut oil, too. I use it and plain olive oil for most cooking, and use coconut oil, safflower oil, and sesame oil in the cosmetics I create. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ > I switched to coconut oil and I love it. Guest guest
I use coconut oil for just about everything. Cooking, body moisturizer, facial moisturizer, sun screen - after sun lotion, even shoe polisher in a pinch! Shari
Guest guest
Yeah I just started to include coconut oil along with my olive oil this past spring. I love it for cooking. I have the kind that's hard and in a jar and you don't need to refrig. it. It can sometimes give a bit of a coconut taste to some of the foods it's cooked with but I don't mind because I love coconut anyway. I only ever used to use olive oil but now I have two to choose from. Guest guest
Hi Team, I buy my coconut oil from Nutivia. I keep my eye out for good sale or no shipping costs. They have 3 lb tubs and it's the only oil I use for cooking and for body oil. Good company. Hope all is well with everyone. Peace on earth.
