Guest guest
I had to drink distilled water for many years I boiled every bit of my water when I couldn't get filtered water, our grocery stores have Reverse osmosis filtered water for .39 cents a gallon. We have a 'cooler'. I get tea water and iced water from it, heaven! ~Katy Sheep to the right; His Lamb “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength" Isa 30:15 http://orchardhouseheirlooms.com/product_info.php/cPath/157_163/products_id/199 survival seeds Christian-homesteaders/ biblical survival -- Re: flouride and water filters? /was/Re: inflammation To my knowledge the only filters to remove flouride are reverse osmosis (3 way) and a distiller, but I hate the flavor of distilled, dead water. Guest guest
What is QVC ? I would wonder about a 20 year filter too. But 20 years before replacement. I'm skeptical. Greg.

Guest guest
I don't know what that is. I wonder why so many people don't use real complete words for communicating any more rather than letters? No need to answer that question, I'm just fussing and venting. Guest guest
You can type the letters into a Google search box and it will tell you what they mean, I do it all the time when in this group people kept saying acv, I had to do that. I'm sure you know this but I imagine there's a lurker out there who doesn't. /was/Re: inflammation I don't know what that is. Guest guest
QVC is what the channel itself goes by and is the only designation I've ever heard for them. Course, since I don't shop through the TV. I've never investigated what QVC actually means. In this case, initials have long been used to denote both TV and radio channels. Remember ABC, NBC and CBS? They are still in use. So if you want to harp about it. Go to these three stations and complain. Come to think about it. RBK(or was it RBC?), was I think, the first radio broadcasting station aimed at the public. In any case, I don't want a war over which was first. Just take it that initials have been used for a very long time and likely will, till after all of us are dead and forgotten about.
