Deprenyl is a MAO-B inhibitor and is not suppose to have the "cheesy"

effect like MAO-A inhibitors. I'm not sure if there are any other

precautions to look at.

I think it would be okay to combine deprenyl with sam-e, as long as you are

taking low doses of deprenyl below about 10mg day. Most people take only

about 1mg day, which as Dale pointed out only inhibits MAO-B. Deprenyl can

be MAO-A inhibitor as well but only in high doses.
