I add a flower from my garden dried to my tea each morning [raw honey, cinnamon-lowers blood sugar- and white tea leaves] I add steaming water-I have an on-demand hot water dispenser- swirl therm all for a minute or so, remove all leaves and flower, mix in the honey well with the cinnamon, Voilá, tea for health. The RAW honey doesn't raise my blood sugar, and the white tea is great for cancer prevention. So here is more on the Hibs flowers
