Why? I don't think i should be avoiding them, I actually had mostly

avoided them for a long time and I feel much better since I have

reintroduced them as a regular thing in my diet. It's like someone

saying, you should take probiotics if you have candida when

probiotics can exapserate the effects of mercury. It's a delicate

balance b/w preventing too much candida die off (the body uses it to

protect itself from the mercury) and not having too much candida

(which I know when that happens b/c my arms start to itch and burn

like crazy.)

Detox is tricky b/c it has to be slow and I realized for me it's

reteaching the body how to be in balance again. Patently staying away

from certain groups of foods or doing something all the time (like

getting too attached to one supplement) messes things up for me.

I have actually been doing better with the leafys in the last couple

of days. The gas thing had worried me but I think the ACV helps alot

and making sure I have cooked them quite thoroughly.

You said to avoid greens like the plague, are you saying you meant

green drinks?
