CoQ10

While looking to renew my supply

of COQ10 lately, I have some by Dr's Best which is considerably

cheaper than most of the others, so I bought it. I checked

Consumer Lab & they neither recommend nor disapprove it. So

I am wondering if this is a matter of a real bargain or perhaps

it is not up to snuff as the more expensive brands.

Any thoughts?

Did the Costumer's Lab say that about that particular brand, or about the type of product in general?Peace, love, laughter

I'm very impressed with Swanson's I buy all my supplements there. I know some are more interested in the designer supplements, but I like the good old meat and potatoes stuff you get at Swanson's. Great quality and good prices.

Hello all,There is a secret to using CoQ10. Most of it requires some type of fat or oil in the stomach to help it digest and enter the body. There are a couple that are water soluble but more expensive. I take it when I'm eating my oatmeal with butter in it.I use the Swanson house brand of CoQ10 in softgel form (100mg) and it's been a very good product for me. You can order online at http://www.swansonvitamins.com/Skip

This is the one I use, it's absorbed better in the body because it is emulsified

in organic, cold-pressed flaxseed oil, a rich source of Omega-3 essential fatty

acids

I don't necessarily agree with that you should feel something or why take it.

Because what about eating a salad, or something like that that is good for you -

you don't " feel " anything after eating a salad or a sweet potato, etc. but you

know it's good for you. I take lutein for eye health - I don't feel anything

when I take it, but I'm confident it's the right vitamin for what I am

targeting.

It is a matter of time, just like eating salads, over time you feel lighter and thinner than if you eat candy or red meats instead.
