Jarrow brand is the best I have found. Be sure and read the product

reviews. The only thing I don't like is the soybean oil base, but

per the company it is non-GMO. A couple of ophthalmologists I know

recommend this brand for mac degeneration.

Carol,

I wonder what supplement you take for lutein? I have been

reserching this

for awhile because my husband is having serious problems

with macular

degeneration. I have him on a multi with 10 mg lutein in

it but don't know

if it's enough. When I look for lutein supplements they

always have other

vitamins and minerals with them which would make it too

much of these others

with the multi.
