If you do not pay attention to the initial symptoms, then burnout at a later date can pose as a serious threat.Prevent burnouts by practicing daily meditation or physical exercise. Allow your body to rest – get adequate sleep and eat healthy diet. Prioritize your goals and thoughts. Take a break from mechanized world and nurture your creative side.
