Guest guest
Hello,I haven't posted here in a very long time. Thought I'd chime in on this one though. I've had one glass of the Kangen water. It tasted very similar to bicarbonate of soda. It promptly neutralized my stomach acid and left me with the resulting gas bubbles to deal with. The other thing about Kangen is they are a multi-level marketing company. That's why they are so high priced ($1500-4500 or so). It seems I read somewhere you have to buy a mineral to go with this one. Calcium something I think. I have a friend that bought this unit (http://www.hightechhealth.com/html/ionizer_main.htm) and paid about $1324 " on $300 off sale " . He's given me 4 gallons of the water at ph levels of 8.0 and 9.0. It makes me feel odd so I asked him not to bring me any more of it. He says he's feeling a lot better but he's only had it almost 2 months. It's working for him he says. If you follow Dr. Mercola, this is an article/video about alkaline waters and the dangers he feels it represents to humans.http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/09/11/alkaline-water-interview.aspx I haven't been able to participate in a long time due to other parts of my life demanding more and more time. I have read the list from time to time though. Hello to everyone that may remember me!Hope the above helps someone. Guest guest
Doing fairly well Suzi. Moved all my email lists to a shared server then had to move them to a dedicated server as they took up too much time on the shared server. I've had to spend a fair amount of time with the resulting forums. Had to learn how to manage the dedicated server and Linux and on and on and on... How are things with you and yours?SkipOn Sun, Dec 12, 2010 at 1:36 PM, Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: Nice to hear from you Skip. Hope all is well. Suzi List Owner health What is a weed? Guest guest
I love my water ionizer. I do not own a Kangen, however. I paid less than $1,000 for mine and Kangens come in around 5 grand. They're sort of like computers, only two companies make them. Companies put different names on them and sell them, some at very inflated prices. The only thing mine doesn't have that a Kangen has is mine has 9 water choices (I think) and Kangen has something like 15 or more. I only use about 2 or 3 settings. One for drinking, one for rinsing mouth and face and one for sanitizing. I like the way it makes water feel, if that makes any sense. I just wish I could hook it up to my shower! I know it's doing something good for my gums and my skin. Have had superior dental visits since using and my facial skin is in wonderful condition. Mine is a Biontech. Guest guest
I understand what you mean about " I like the way it makes water feel " . The ones I've had (non-Kangen) make the water feel " sparkly " against your tongue. BTW, a ph of 7 is considered neutral.SkipOn Sun, Dec 12, 2010 at 3:10 PM, SV <shavig@...> wrote: I love my water ionizer. I do not own a Kangen, however.
