its time for the weekly recap again.... looking over my totals, it

really wasnt that bad of a week even though i was sick for most of

it. next week should really ROCK!

cardio - 120 mins

strength - 155 mins

stretch - 80 mins

total - 355 mins - 98% of goal

calorie burn = 1954 - 97% of goal

water - 28 ten ounce cups - 67% of goal

junk food free days: 3

videos done:

sunday - 'hardcore kickbox circuit' with janis saffell and guillermo

gomez

monday - 'yoga for every body:intermediate:going with the flow of life'

tuesday - sick - did stretching on my own

wednesday - 'self flat abs fast' with violet zaki

and '30 minute express workout:#1:oceanside' with miranda esmonde-white

thursday - 'get moving indoor walk' with madeleine lewis

friday - 'yoga booty ballet sculpt'

and 'quick fix stability ball' with keli roberts

and 'BLT on the ball' with karen voight'

saturday - 'mission possible' with christi taylor
