Guest guest Posted January 28, 2006 Report Share Posted January 28, 2006 tonight i did christi taylor's 'mission possible' which is a floor aerobic warmup, a step workout, a floor aerobic workout and then a cooldown for a total of around 55 minutes. the music that she used for these workout is awesome and really gets me into doing all of the moves. i LUV this workout, smile through the whole thing, catch onto the choreography right away and dont miss any steps due to christi's fabulous cueing. excellent workout for intermediate/high intermediate. she doesnt explain any of the steps but does have a 'move master' section on the dvd where she slowly demonstrates the stuff that she does in the workouts. just beware of alot of TIFTing if you dont like that sort of thing. personally i dont mind it... it gives me lots of opportunity to put all of my energy into the workout. despite the mild choreography and the tutorial, the bpm is fairly high in both workouts so that is why i dont recommend this workout for beginners. :*carolyn.
