Greg, you changed your focus on APGL, suggesting glutamine instead , first thing in the morning. I thought APGL in the morning / glutamine at night? A: 2. What is the definition if " insulin resisitance " ? The body produces less insulin with equal amount of glucose? A: 3. I thought that Chromium was considered not effective in nutritioal therapy? Rebuttal? A: 4. Nutritionally dense foods, is there a good web site pertaining to a hierarchy list of best foods?
