Hi Everyone,

I finally have time to post my intro. I am excited to be part of this group.

My health journey began with my dog, Bowser. He has had arthritis for 9 of his

11 years and was vaccinated very thoroughly for several years. I started

questioning and reading because he was getting worse. That was over 4 years

ago. He is doing better. I still read a lot on helping Bowser but I also take

the time to read about other things which impact our health. I love reading

whatever I have time for each day and gaining a little knowledge that will help

me make healthy decisions in the future. I love living a cleaner life.

We prefer to cook and bake from scratch. It is amazing how much better you feel

when you give up the processed stuff... except once in a while. I don't use

chemical products at home. We use some homeopathics, nutritional and herbal

supplements and essential oils. When I say we, I refer to my husband of 7 years,

my dog and myself. I chose health, my dog doesn't have a choice so he gets

health and my husband, well he goes for what's most convenient and will provide

the quickest relief and of course isn't the healthiest.

I have yet to explore the archives and am anxious to poke around and see the

full scope of discussions on here.

It brings a smile to my face when I see familiar names from my other groups and

I'm sure I've made the right choice to join this group.

Have a great evening.

Laurie
