Guest guest
Rena, Does your friend say how this happened? For I would love to at least lose my taste buds, if not the sense of smell for at least a year. Might make it easier to lose weight then for a lot of people. Guest guest
Sounds like MCS to me, try an elimination diet, no packaged foods, no GMO, no dairy no red meats, no meats with hormones, no fast.fried foods, lots of homemade fresh veggie juice, no gluten, slowly add them back to see what is causing the troubles, try staying away from every kind of fragrances and they are in all kinds of things, soaps, [laundry, dish, bar] even cheap grocery bags, can he smell odd things like chemicals? It took a few years for mine to come back. ~Katy Sheep to the right; His Lamb “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength" Isa 30:15 http://www.orchardhouseheirlooms.net/ survival seeds http://www.reusablebarrels.com/- storage -food quality barrels Christian-homesteaders/ biblical survival

Guest guest
Usually when antibiotics are prescribed before a dental procedure it’s due to a mitral valve prolapse in the heart. Guest guest
Not for me it wasn’t. My heart is quite healthy, but the dr.s were unwilling to risk ANY infection traveling ANYWHERE as a result of the procedure. And this after several years of high marks for dental hygiene! (We made jokes about gold stars...) Although I haven’t had antibiotics prescribed for a simple cleaning. Perhaps that dentist was simply uber cautious about it. And yes, he most definitely OUGHT to be told about the sensory loss. As to alternative approaches to remedies – what about homeopathy? Accupuncture? Ev"A hundred million miracles are happening every day!" Usually when antibiotics are prescribed before a dental procedure it’s due to a mitral valve prolapse in the heart. Guest guest
Adele associated loss of taste and smell with lack of Vitamin Bs. Or he could have had a mini-mini stroke that disabled a part of his brain function. Gayla
Guest guest
If a person has any implants. A dentist usually wants a patient to take antibiotics before or after treatment. Me, I have an artificial knee joint and they are always prescribed for me after the dentist visit. Just because I say nothing about the knee until at the dentist. In any case, I do not take those antibiotics. As I know that a huge dose like she prescribes me, would probably kill all the useful stuff in my gut! Plus, I would prefer to save the antibiotics to help me, if I get sick. Don't want my bod to get used to them too soon! Guest guest
No, he doesn't have any heart problem. This is the first time I hear about taking antibiotics each time before the cleanse. Guest guest
Yes, he did, but the dentist said this had nothing to do with the procedure or the antibiotics.
