Well, MSM in this case, stands for Methylsulfonylmethane. It is used

internally, to help inflammation. some people and doctors say it does

not help any. I know on me, it did not help, while others have had good

results with it.

MSM is not Dimethylsulfoxide or DMSO, even though they are chemically

close! That is only to be used externally and when no poisons are

nearby. As it is readily absorbed into the body and takes those poisons

with it. It is not approved for human use by the medical community for

thie previous reason. It does help with inflammation and I have used it

numerous times for that reason. It is available without a prescription,

from animal type stores and online.

Some of the previous is from Wikipedia, some from personal observation

and some from personal use.

Thanks that helps; WIKI made it sound just like DMSO, which I tried back when they sold it on the streetcorners [illegally], and didn't like it.

unless you get good grade DMSO in a glass bottle or pharmacutical plastic it will not work.. DMSO is a good carrier in conjunction with other herbs.

It was in glass, and it worked- I just was afraid of it's properties, I've had problems with chemicals for a very long time.
