Guest guest
APGL contains arginine (and glutamine and lysine). Although oral arginine is effective for other purposes, it's my understanding that only injected arginine has actually been demonstrated to raise GH levels. In fact, it's so effective that this (injected arginine) is a standard test for the presence of pituitary GH production.
